Opioid Investigation and Litigation
On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr announced his selection of outside private counsel, pursuant to O.C.G.A. §45-15-4, serve as co-counsel to the Georgia Attorney General’s Office in an investigation and litigation involving the manufacture, marketing, sale, and distribution of prescription opioid products in the state of Georgia.
