Election Fraud Complaint Hotline

Per O.C.G.A. § 21-2-3, a telephone hotline is established for the use of electors of this state to file complaints and allegations of voter intimidation and illegal election activities. The telephone hotline number is: (404) 651-8600.

You may also use this form to submit complaints and reports of voter intimidation and/or illegal election activities. This form should NOT be used to submit other types of communication to the Attorney General. Please refer to our homepage for help with the appropriate method of contact for other types of complaints, inquiries or requests.

You will have the opportunity to submit your name, contact information, and details about your complaint. Anonymous complaints can be submitted. Please note that if you do submit anonymously, we will have no way to obtain additional information from you about this report if needed. In addition, you will be able to upload one (1) .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .txt, or .pdf file that is no larger than 5 MB.

Please also be aware that the information you submit may be subject to disclosure under Georgia’s Open Records Act. The Act requires that most public records be made available upon request.
