He was previously the Chief of the Business and Finance Section where he represented a number of state entities, including the Georgia Lottery Corporation, the Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), the University System of Georgia, and the State Accounting Office. Logan also served as the general counsel for DOAS.

Before joining the Office of the Attorney General, Logan worked in private practice where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil and business litigation. 

He earned a bachelor’s degree in History from Berry College and a law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
