Salary: $36,000 minimum Annual

Duties & Responsibilities
The primary duties include, but are not limited to: drafts and files discovery and correspondence; prepares cases for hearings by organizing files, interviewing and subpoenaing witnesses, and preparing exhibits; and attends and assists attorney with hearings & client meetings. Administative duties also included.

Minimum Training & Experience   A paralegal certificate, diploma or degree, OR An associate’s degree (non-paralegal) and 1 year of paralegal experience, OR Three years of paralegal experience, AND the ability to type.  Applicants may be asked to provide copies of college or coursework transcripts.
