Duties & Responsibilities
Position provides legal secretarial support to four (4) of the section's attorneys.  Duties include a significant amount of typing: e.g. correspondence, briefs, pleadings, forms, agreements, and/or administrative orders from handwritten notes.   The position manages case files (opening/closing), prepares documents for filing in various courts (county, state, federal), e-files to all courts, manages calendaring of court dates and meetings, arranges copying and mailing, responds to and directs citizen and attorney calls, works in CMS system, assists other Division’s sections when needed and performs other typical administrative functions. 

Minimum Training & Experience
One year of experience as a legal secretary. Strong typing skills.
