As the public's lawyer, I have a tremendous responsibility to protect the public as well as to uphold the laws and the Constitution of Georgia.  Together with the more than 200 employees in my office, we work to serve the needs of Georgia's families by protecting their children from internet predators and their homes and assets from mortgage fraud and identity theft.  As Attorney General, I am constantly working to uphold our citizens' faith in government by vigorously prosecuting public corruption.  Everything that I do in this office is designed to serve the citizens of Georgia and further the constitutional obligations that I swore to undertake.  In this website, you will find a variety of information on topics ranging from how you can protect yourself as a consumer to how you can access records and meetings of government agencies.  Thank you for taking the time to visit our website, and thank you for allowing me the honor of serving as your Attorney General.
